Julie is a thought leader and experienced practitioner in organization, people development, and change management practices. Her focus is to shape organizational culture in organizations through concrete frameworks, practices, programs, and initiatives to ensure the people strategy serves as a strong catalyst and driver of the business strategy. Drawing from behavioral and neuroscience practices, as well as developments in the future of work, Julie partners collaboratively with leadership and people teams to translate complex problems into elegant, but effective solutions within the full spectrum of people development: hiring, onboarding, career and talent development, learning, performance management, leadership and manager development, and succession. She also works with leadership teams to create clarity around mission and strategies, and she coaches on team effectiveness, decision making, and ways of working.
Julie’s experience spans the tech, finance, retail, luxury, and public sectors with global leadership roles at Google, Two Sigma Investments, and CHANEL. This cross-industry exposure has given her deep experience in building innovative solutions, while staying true to pragmatic designs that work within the unique culture of each organization.
Julie is an organizational psychologist, master facilitator, advisor, speaker, and writer. She has worked with CEOs, C-Suite leadership teams, and functional leaders to diagnose and co-create solutions, coaching and building capabilities within the teams along the way.
